In order to further enhance the job skills of employees, cultivate versatile talents, improve the overall skills of the manufacturing workshop, and fully mobilize a good atmosphere of unity, cooperation, competition, and mutual learning among workshop employees, the Science and Technology Construction Production Workshop held a two-day production line skills competition from April 17th to April 18th, 2018.

The theme of this skills competition is "Pursuing Perfect Quality, Striving to Surpass Speed". There are four competitions: "Cutting", "Processing", "Assembly", and "Packaging", as well as award-winning knowledge quizzes and quizzes. A total of 61 contestants from various production lines participated in the competition. Here are some of the contestants' styles.

On the field, the contestants demonstrated superb skills and exquisite skill levels, and their pursuit of excellence was vividly demonstrated here. This competition has determined a total of 4 first prizes, 5 second prizes, and 10 third prizes, including 2 team first prizes, 2 team second prizes, and 4 team third prizes. The award ceremony was held in the manufacturing workshop on the afternoon of April 19, 2018, and the company's Director of Operations, Mr. Li, presented the award to the winners.

This skills competition fully demonstrated the strength of our workshop employees, stimulated the passion of workshop colleagues to challenge themselves, and learned from each other in the process of mutual learning, improving skill levels while creating a good team atmosphere, laying a foundation for better achieving "lean production".
